About Binance bStocks. If you put it simply, these are tokens whose price is tied to U.S. stocks.
For example, there’s TSLAB — Tesla, NVDAB — NVIDIA, AAPLB — Apple.
So you want to get Tesla’s price movement, but trade it through Binance — that’s what you need. But this doesn’t mean you actually bought a Tesla share. This is a tokenized instrument.
I like that you can trade 24/7. For crypto, this is pretty normal, but with stocks, that’s usually not the case.
I trade BTC, so it’s also interesting that you can simultaneously watch what’s happening with NVIDIA, the Nasdaq, and other U.S. assets. For instance, there were news releases about the Fed > Nasdaq started moving > stocks took off > BTC also reacts. Of course, that doesn’t mean BTC will always mirror their moves.
You also need to keep the risks in mind... bStocks aren’t regular stocks; there are liquidity risks, platform risks, and risks related to the issuer itself.
Overall, it’s a useful thing. Basically, it’s a bridge between stocks and crypto.
