$SNDK just got another major AI-storage catalyst.

SanDisk jumped 6.8% to $1,887.04 after Rosenblatt initiated coverage with a Buy rating and a $2,400 price target, implying roughly 27% upside from that close.

As AI training and inference generate massive amounts of data, high-capacity, high-performance storage is becoming a more critical part of AI infrastructure rather than just a commodity component.

Rosenblatt sees SanDisk's data-center revenue reaching $21.7B in FY2027 and $28.6B in FY2028. Its multi-year agreements with eight major NAND customers also provide greater visibility into future demand and pricing.

Technically, $SNDK remains above its 20-day ($1,619.64) and 60-day ($1,565.21) moving averages, with $1,810 now acting as key support. The next major test is $1,900, followed by the psychological $2,000 level.

With RSI at 64.69, momentum is strong without yet reaching traditionally overbought territory.

AI needs GPUs, memory, networking and increasingly, massive storage. $SNDK is becoming an interesting way to play that storage layer.
