Binance bStocks margin collateral support has been opened to all users
Official highlights (announcement date 2026-09-21):
• Full position / portfolio margin accounts—eligible users may use bStocks as collateral (no longer limited to VIP 3+)
• Regular users, VIP 1, and VIP 2 must first pass a suitability questionnaire before they can use bStocks as collateral or for subsequent leveraged trading
• When risk is above the threshold, limitations may apply: transferring in additional bStocks, buying/borrowing low-liquidity assets, opening new positions/contracts in portfolio accounts (only position reduction allowed), and suspending automatic replenishment of bStocks and low-/medium-liquidity assets
• Users VIP 3 and above are not subject to the above risk controls; accounts that do not use bStocks as collateral are unaffected
• High-liquidity assets are not restricted throughout; once risk returns to a safe level, the restrictions on automatic processes are lifted
