I believe many new and existing users have a similar concern: when they sign up on Binance, they realize they didn’t carefully look into the invite code and the fee rebate/commission details at the time.
1. If you didn’t bind an invite code, it’s still not too bad. As long as you haven’t been active (trading volume in the past 90 days is less than $5,000), you can click https://www.binance.com/zh-CN/activity/referral/bind-ref and enter the invite code WIN98 to bind it. If you haven’t made any deposits, it will be bound directly. If you have trading history, you need to complete a certain trading volume requirement.
2. How do you confirm whether an invite code (referral code) has already been bound?
As shown in the image below, you can verify it in Invitation Rebates → Invited Users → Invitation Relationship. Being bound via a Super Referral Code rebate or via registering through an invite-coupon registration all counts as having been bound.
Here it will show your spot rebate percentage and futures rebate percentage. In Figure 1, if nothing is indicated, it means there is none. In Figure 2, the invite code used is WIN98, and both spot and futures rebates are 20%.
3. If you’ve already bound an invite code but don’t have the 20% futures rebate/commission, it’s really unfortunate—you can’t fix it by binding again later. Some cases are just frustrating. For example, on my account, the registration was very early, and I didn’t even get the 20% spot fee rebate/commission. It really messes with your mindset.
So when you register, make sure you fill in the invite code correctly—otherwise everything later becomes a hassle.
