đ AI stocks keep rising... so whatâs the next opportunity?
Nvidia says it expects to double chip sales next year, and major AI companies are posting record profits one after another. Spending on infrastructure (compute) has become enormous on an unprecedented scale.
đ The question is: is this real, sustainable demandâor are we looking at a short-term bubble?
On the other hand, while some industry leaders warn that we need to âslow downâ AI development, Trump talks about building an âAI Forceâ and believes AI could account for 25% of the U.S. GDP in the future. Government support at that level could be a long-term tailwind for the sectorâbut it also raises the stakes.
đ My personal take:
I lean toward a cautious/optimistic (bullish with caution) viewâgrowth on the earnings side and demand for chips are real, but the elevated valuations of some leading stocks make me prefer diversification rather than putting everything into just the biggest âAI players.â
đź My current focus:
Following AI-related semiconductor stocks
I also added a small position via the Trade Widget toolâshare your positions too đ
đ And you? Are you bullish or bearish on AI stocks? What alternative opportunities are you watching if this sector keeps climbing?
