ADA Has Finally Reclaimed $0.24
What caught my attention with ADA is not the 7% daily move.
It is the level behind it.
ADA pushed from around $0.196 earlier this month to roughly $0.244. That is about a 24% recovery and the move has now taken price above the 200 day average near $0.239.
But I would not call that a confirmed trend change yet.
The important part is what happens after the breakout.
The $0.239 to $0.24 area has been a ceiling during previous recovery attempts. ADA has now moved above it so the market needs to prove that old resistance can become support.
There is some evidence that buying pressure is improving.
Accumulation increased from around 400M to 695M during the recovery. That suggests buyers have become more active.
But rising accumulation does not guarantee another leg higher.
The immediate resistance is much clearer.
ADA reached around $0.2488 before pulling back. That puts $0.25 directly in focus.
If buyers can push through $0.2488 to $0.25 and hold above it then $0.256 becomes the next level I would watch.
If the breakout fails then the reaction around $0.239 to $0.24 becomes more important.
A clean hold there would tell me that buyers are defending the previous ceiling as a new floor.
If ADA loses that area then $0.227 becomes the next downside reference.
There is also a wider market factor here.
Bitcoin and other large crypto assets are recovering at the same time. So ADA is not making this move in isolation.
The Leios upgrade also gives Cardano a longer term development narrative but it is still under testing. The reported throughput improvement is interesting but it has not yet become mainnet reality.
For me the chart matters more right now.
ADA has reclaimed $0.24.
Now I want to see whether buyers can defend it before calling this more than just another relief rally.
