The 15-minute RSI has dropped to 34, and the price has also broken the MA20. This rally has moved up too fast in the short term, and those who chased longs are already getting hit. The 4-hour and daily charts are still in a bullish alignment, but the 7-day move is up 13%, leaving only around 1,800 points before the 87,380 resistance. Chasing longs here isn’t a great value. In the news flow, the Strategy is still buying—institutions haven’t backed down—but the market is short-term overbought and needs to digest. I’m inclined to short lightly around 85,200, with a stop loss at 87,600. The stop is just a bit over 0.2% above resistance. The first target is around 82,300—near the 4-hour MA20. If it reaches there, reduce; don’t get greedy. If it rebounds and goes above 86,600 first, add another position—but don’t blindly chase.
