ENA is already oscillating around 0.224; over the past 24 hours it’s up about 10%. ARB is also up roughly 9%.
Tomorrow at 16:00 Beijing time (UTC 08:00), Binance spot will only open ARB/U and ENA/USD1. But the order book moved as soon as the announcement came out—don’t wait until the opening to go chasing the “new listing bonus.”
How I see it: this looks more like a U/USD1 stablecoin route being paved into altcoin spot, not a dump-and-then-list kind of token launch. The only thing truly “hard” is that ARB/U market-making is zero maker (ordinary users will be notified separately; VIP2–9 also get maker/taker fees waived). A new listing by itself doesn’t automatically mean a pump.
What I plan to do: I’m not chasing the current price tonight. Tomorrow at the open, I’ll first check the ARB/U depth and spread—if there’s a stable spread I’m comfortable with, I’ll consider placing a maker order. ENA has already jumped ahead; I’m not catching that opening spike. The grid/DCA for NVDAB and QQQB are launched at the same time, but they’re not the same thing as these two alt listings—don’t mix them up and rush in.
