Just after waking from a nap, I want to share an insight that suddenly came to me. Maybe others feel the same too!

Maybe it’s because I lost some money from yesterday’s fluctuations. After my nap today, I lay in bed and checked the market. Today I focused on opening positions in BTC and ETH. At this stage, if we’re to keep pushing higher, I don’t think it’s possible to let second-tier coins continue leading the way. We need BTC and ETH to take the front so that second-tier coins can resonate—maybe even triggering a frenzy in altcoins.

Then it suddenly hit me: in bear markets, we constantly remind ourselves to control our hands, to be cautious with orders—play it like guerrilla tactics. If there’s no clear setup, don’t place trades. It even calls for extreme self-discipline: watch more and trade less, and maybe even watch without moving at all.

The purpose of doing all this is basically one thing:
In a bear market, don’t aim to make big money—protect your capital and lose less.

But when we switch to a bull market, what exactly should we do?
My current approach still feels a bit like guerrilla tactics—I’m afraid of losing the profits I’ve made.
Then I realized: if controlling your hands during a bear market is a skill, then in a bear market, controlling your hands isn’t just a technique—it’s more like an art.

In a bear market, you should place fewer trades. In a bull market, you also need to place fewer trades. More importantly, you must pick the right targets and hold on to them. Being able to hold is also a crucial ability for controlling your hands.
