#比特币突破8万美元大关

BTC has retaken the 80,000 mark, and I’m starting to focus on a different shift instead:

It’s not about how much it’s gone up.

It’s about—

what kind of environment it’s rising in.

Now the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield is still close to 5%, and the macro backdrop isn’t exactly comfortable.

But BTC has broken back above 80,000, BTC ETFs have once again returned to net inflows, and DeFi and L2 assets are becoming clearly more active.

This is different from a few days ago.

Back then it was:

weak macro + outflows + weak BTC.

Now it’s starting to look like:

macro still under pressure + money flowing back in + BTC starting to hold up—and even rising.

For me, this matters more than simply seeing “BTC up 5%.”

Because what’s truly worth watching isn’t:

Has good news arrived?

But rather:

When bad news is still around, why can’t the market go any lower?

That’s also a recent adjustment to my notion of “confirmation.”

Confirmation doesn’t mean:

I only think an opportunity appears after the Treasury sells off sharply, ETFs have consecutive inflows, stablecoin supply suddenly explodes, and BTC breaks out.

If you wait for all indicators to improve at once,

maybe you’re no longer increasing certainty—you’re just buying certainty that the market has already priced in.

Right now, I’m watching three phases:

First phase: bad news comes out, and the market keeps falling.

No edge.

Second phase: the bad news is still there, but the market stops being able to fall.

That’s when you should pay closer attention.

Third phase: money starts coming back, and the price strengthens on its own.

Only then do I start seriously considering raising the odds on new capital.

At the moment, I believe the market is validating the shift from the second phase to the third.

It’s not an “All in” signal yet.

But you also can’t keep looking at the market with the exact same wait-and-see logic as a few days ago.

The real turning point usually isn’t when the environment suddenly gets better.

It’s when:

the environment still hasn’t improved, but the price already starts refusing to be scared by bad news.
