I opened the position around 0.933. At the time, the chart gave me the feeling that it couldn’t keep rising—the sell pressure overhead was heavy, and price and volume were clearly diverging. A lot of people were still fantasizing about a breakout. I, on the other hand, felt that this was the best entry point for shorting, so I went directly in with 20x short.
When it dropped to 0.476, I didn’t immediately fully close. Part of it got shaken out midway, but I kept the core position. From 0.93 down to 0.47—nearly cut in half, then cut in half again. This kind of move is exactly a reaper for shorts. $ETH
