📊 TradFi + crypto: where do the two worlds intersect?
TradFi is the traditional financial system: stocks, bonds, stock exchanges, and other classic financial instruments.
The crypto market works differently, but today there are more and more points of contact between them.
🔹 For example, bStocks let you gain exposure to the price movement of U.S. stocks through a tokenized format.
At the same time, it’s important to understand the difference: a tokenized asset does not mean direct ownership of the actual stock.
📌 A simple example
A traditional stock trades under stock market rules and during specified hours.
A tokenized asset can operate within crypto infrastructure and have a different trading mode.
⚠️ But that doesn’t remove risks. Price can fall, availability depends on the region and platform terms, and the structure of a tokenized asset differs from direct stock ownership.
💡 In my opinion, the main appeal of TradFi in the crypto ecosystem is the ability to combine familiar financial assets with new infrastructure.
