genius.fun is live: configurable for Ondo/bSTOCKS—yet the official site still says 0 launches

On the BNB chain, there’s a new issuing platform called genius.fun—done by the same team behind Genius Terminal. The site describes it as an “RWA launchpad that lets you get hands-on.”

The玩法 is packed: when issuing a token, you can choose trading pairs from USDT, USDC, and BNB, and you can also list tokenized assets like Ondo tokens and bSTOCKS. The website page even claims you can throw bSTOCKS into an unowned foundation to “break down” into underlying stocks and “exercise rights” via Wall Street. Sounds like a two-key global fundraising shell.

But when you actually open the official site’s Explore page, it currently shows 0 launches. Splitting stocks and grabbing seats on the board—before you can do any of that, you need to clear redemption terms, shareholder rights, and regulatory requirements. The website’s vision ≠ the idea that your token in your hands already equals voting power. $GENIUS jumped more than forty points on the news—that’s noise from another table. Don’t treat a launchpad poster as a shareholder-rights prospectus.
