It is no surprise that the Clarity act has been stalled.For such a important bill naturally there have to be various pro n con issues, to be debated, revised, repeated, clarified, before all parties and all concerned come to agreement.
We have seen Bitcoin comedown to $76k+ followed by various altcoins down 3 to 10/12%.
In my very strong views and opinion, this is time not to panic n sell. Main reasons being both CFTC and SEC are able rule making bodies, each can independtly come up with suitable regulations.
On other hand Bitcoin as Digital capital is day by day more n more being embraced by traditional finance bemoths big n small and while volatality may remain, depending on various market metrics, news flow, etc., it cannot be stopped.
With or without Clarity act Bitcoin can 1st head for $100k and then attempt for previous high of $126k by end 2026, enhancing prices of merit based world use case altcoins such as Xrp, Link, Eth, Solana, Ondo, Pyth and various other early emerged cryptos as well as emerging cryptos+Ai, not yet on the radar screens of most of us.
