Clarity Act fails to advance, Bitcoin now faces its next test
The U.S. Senate failed to pass a procedural vote to advance the Clarity Act, delaying the long-awaited certainty in crypto regulation. Bitcoin also came under pressure to around $75,900, while U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded net outflows of roughly $450 million on September 15.
For traders, the pressure isn’t coming solely from regulation. The market is also facing expectations of interest rate hikes from the Fed, making the next direction of BTC highly sensitive to the Fed’s decisions and subsequent policy guidance.
