More Important Than Chasing Profit: How Do You Protect Your Capital in Crypto?
Many people enter the crypto world with one question: “Which coin will go up? 🚀”
But the most important question is: how do I protect my money when the market moves against me?
Before buying any coin, ask yourself 5 questions:
1️⃣ Do I understand the project I’m buying? 2️⃣ Can I afford to lose this amount? 3️⃣ Am I going in with all my capital, or am I dividing the amount into stages? 4️⃣ Where will I exit if it turns out my analysis was wrong? 5️⃣ Am I using leverage that’s greater than what I can afford to lose?
⚠️ The biggest mistake is entering out of fear of missing out (FOMO).
📌 Simple rule: don’t enter a trade just because everyone is talking about it; enter only when you understand why you’re entering and when you’ll exit.
And in the crypto market: protecting your capital = the chance to stay in the market longer.
