#mstr交易量超越摩根士丹利
A company that started out making software, whose market value is nowhere near that of Wall Street’s old big brother—so why can its trading volume crush Morgan Stanley?

The average daily trading value of $MSTR often leaves Morgan Stanley trailing behind, and at its peak it even comes close to liquidity behemoths like Tesla and NVIDIA $TSLA $NVDA

MSTR is the largest Bitcoin spot leveraged fund in the U.S. stock market.

First: a legal backdoor for traditional capital
Many institutions are restricted by regulation and can’t directly buy Bitcoin, but the U.S. stock market is compliant. MSTR becomes the only pressure-release outlet for funds—this massive arbitrage demand directly drives transaction volume to burst through capacity.

Second: extreme volatility turns into a playground for retail investors and quant funds
Where there’s volatility, there’s liquidity. Compared with traditional financial giants like Morgan Stanley, whose performance is steady and whose stock price swings are relatively mild, capital clearly prefers to wager in assets like MSTR—assets that are inherently volatile.

Third: it’s a form of mockery of the traditional financial order
A company that buys coins by borrowing money has liquidity that surpasses a top-tier investment bank with a century of history and manages trillions in assets—this suggests that capital is re-selecting its pricing logic.

Next, in the short term, this high trading volume will likely stay elevated as the crypto market fluctuates, and could even hit new highs again when Bitcoin makes its next surge. But in the medium to long term, as Bitcoin ETFs and more compliant instruments become widespread, MSTR’s exclusive premium attributes will be diluted, and trading volume will ultimately revert toward the mean.

But for now, it looks like this liquidity game driven by crypto assets still can’t be shut down in the short run.
