Research firm K33 Research has published a controversial report on Cardano (ADA). Here are the details. Cryptocurrency research firm K33 issued a stern warning about the future of Cardano (ADA) in a recent report. And it is expected that copper compounds will prevail. Creating many attractive investment opportunities, K33 plans to reach a peak of 98.9 #USDT #COMP in April 2024. The company argues that the Cardano network lacks meaningful activity , which will make the ADA token worthless over time. K33 noted that for a smart contract network to have value, its native token must be in significant use. However, they claim that the Cardano network lacks such usage or has no reliable way to achieve it. Although Cardano advocates point out that there are an average of 90,000 transactions per day , K33 does not consider these to be meaningful transactions. They argue that the only activity on the Cardano network is exchange transfers. K33 also criticized the absence of stablecoins , often the preferred exchange currency for trading DeFi altcoins, on the Cardano network. They claim that there is not a single USDT or USDC on the Cardano network, suggesting that no meaningful DeFi transactions are taking place. The report also expressed skepticism about Cardano's future growth, claiming that the coin is not gaining any traction despite its many years of history. K33 points out that too many projects have died due to lack of traction despite making big promises about technology updates or future partnerships. Although ADA currently has a market capitalization of $19 billion, K33 suggests that ADA will gradually disappear from the crypto world . They attribute ADA's current value to its wide availability on exchanges and its appeal to new entrants due to its established brand. But K33 warns that these factors may not sustain ADA's value over the long term. They argue that as the market recovers, ADA is not rising to the same level as other smart contract tokens, and they see this as a strong indicator of a dying coin.
