$BTC Last night’s price action is actually very similar to September 3rd.
Back then, the market was originally waiting for the September 4th Non-Farm Payrolls report to pick a direction.
But on the 3rd, BTC pulled up first and surged straight to a new high.
Last night was similar too.

Originally, everyone was waiting for tonight’s CLARITY Act procedural voting showdown.
But in the early session, there was a small liquidity sweep first,
then it rallied all the way up to 795, and during the evening/after-hours it began to fall back.
I’m more inclined to interpret this kind of move as:
a pre-emptive reaction to the news + leaving room for volatility around the official event.

So tonight, I’m mainly looking at two scenarios:
1️⃣ If the vote passes
I think BTC will still first test: 78 → 80
and see whether it can reclaim the short-term resistance zone.

2️⃣ If the vote does not pass
then it will most likely continue the current pullback.
The focus is whether 755k can be effectively broken down.
If there’s a 755 break + a failed retest,
then that high-level consolidation range will truly start to weaken.
So what’s really important tonight isn’t just “whether it passes or not,”
but this: after the news comes out, how BTC reacts to the two key zones—78–80 and 75.5.
