The reason for setting up a long position is pretty simple. Looking at the chart, over the weekend there hasn’t been any U.S. stock buying support, yet the market is still holding strong. On the hourly timeframe, there’s already a clear upward trend. On top of that, recently ETFs have been seeing large inflows, which shows that there’s strong institutional buying propping things up. After the weekend consolidation, Ethereum’s second major leg of the rally is about to come. So we can take the opportunity to set up the long strategy.
Trading suggestion:
Go long around the current price of 2520 for Ethereum. Stop loss at 2480, take profit at 2620.
