As for registering on Binance, the real time never goes into those few minutes spent filling out the form. Email, verification code, and password—everything can be done in under ten minutes. ▸ Documents: ID card, passport, or driver’s license—most people use an ID card. Make sure the document is within its validity period, take all four corners clearly, and don’t use re-photographed copies or photocopies.

Most people can choose from passport, ID card, or driver’s license for the document type; the specific options depend on the issuing location. If using an ID card, upload both the front and back, then click 【Continue】 to proceed to face verification.
For face verification, your real-time face is compared with the document photo you submitted just now. So it’s not enough to quickly take a selfie: take off your hat, glasses, and mask; choose a well-lit place with a clean background; hold the device level with your eyes, and slowly turn your head or blink according to the prompts on the screen. The person doing the verification must be the account owner.
📌 Accounts that haven’t completed verification will be switched to a “withdraw-only” mode—only withdrawals, canceling orders, redeeming, and closing positions are allowed; other features won’t be clickable. This isn’t phishing. This process is called RFI (Request for Information). Binance asks you to complete your personal profile according to standard workflows. It’s usually triggered by one of these three situations: you need to provide an update for information related to identity verification, unusual activity appears on your account, or it simply pops up when you log in directly.

✅ Two rules to determine whether this kind of notification is real or fake. They won’t expire—remember them instead of bookmarking the URL:
