#AVAX has recently started to show a stronger trend. At the end of August, the price once pulled back to around $7, and then began to rebound from September 2. It has now climbed back above $7 and is approaching the $8 mark. Trading volume has increased noticeably recently, indicating that buying interest in the market is strengthening.
From a funding perspective, activity in the AVAX futures market has clearly heated up, and open interest has continued to rise. At the same time, the funding rate is positive, showing that bullish sentiment is relatively strong right now. However, the increase in leveraged funds also means greater risk. If the price drops suddenly, it could trigger concentrated stop-loss selling among longs and accelerate a pullback.
In the short term, $7.1 is a very important support level. As long as the price can hold above it, the short-term uptrend remains intact. On the upside, the first level to watch is resistance near $8.1. If it can break through and hold above that level, there is a chance of further gains toward $8.65 and $9.46.
If AVAX falls below $7.1, the short-term trend will weaken significantly. If it drops further below $6.31, it would suggest that this rebound may have failed, and the price could return to the previous consolidation range.
