$DELL rose 2.23% on the daily chart, closing at 522.99, but open interest is only a little over 30,000, and trading volume is mediocre. This rally looks like an emotional impulse, with no real money following through.

From a Trump-trade perspective, the market may be betting on his remarks about loosening tech regulation. But with open interest this low, it shows big money has not moved at all; it is being supported purely by retail sentiment and lacks sustained momentum.

I’ll try placing a short order in the opposite direction. If Trump does not make any new bullish comments on tech stocks tonight, this emotional impulse will be over.
