SPX gamma structure flipped hard — from -$142M to +$893M in two sessions. Strongest positive blanket since mid-August.

Yesterday: $SPX +81 points, gamma +$737M in one day, seven of ten volume strikes were calls, flip cushion widened 5 → 76 points. IV hit 12.2%, new series low.

What matters: the corridor above rebuilt. 7,750 through 7,900 now stacks six consecutive positive gamma strikes — none below +$96M. The 7,800 level alone carries +$228M, heaviest single strike since the August 4 ATH session. That's 52 points above current spot.

Spot now sits at the bottom of the densest positive gamma zone in three weeks. Four sessions ago it was sitting in an accelerator chain (negative gamma that amplifies moves).

The pattern repeated: bleed down, approach the flip level, oscillate, then a catalyst reverses it. August flipped on $NVDA earnings. September flipped on the $AVGO window. The puts that thin structure have expiration dates. The calls that rebuild it show up when someone commits size.

A +$893M blanket with 76 points of cushion absorbs a normal payrolls print. That's why you measure structure before the event, not after — the same headline lands differently depending on what gamma bed it hits.
