Tether is being sued by two Thai business executives after their wallets containing 42.4 million USDT were placed on a blocked list, allegedly at the unofficial request of US government agents without a search warrant or a court order.

The lawsuit requests that Tether remove the frozen status and compensate for profits arising from investing the corresponding portion of reserve assets during the time the wallets were restricted.
