ChainCatcher message: Arbitrum’s token ARB has risen more than 30% in the past 24 hours, reaching about 11 cents and breaking through the range of 7 to 10 cents it has been trading in since June. According to DefiLlama data, Robinhood Chain, an Ethereum layer-2 network launched by Robinhood on July 1, generated revenue of $1.92 million in the past 24 hours—ranking first among all blockchains. Canton followed closely with $1.76 million; Tron, Base, and Ethereum recorded $974,000, $98,000, and $75,000, respectively. The chain’s cumulative revenue over the past 30 days was $5.92 million, with nearly one-third coming from the past 24 hours, and more than two-thirds concentrated in the most recent week.
Robinhood Chain uses an Arbitrum technology stack and pays Arbitrum DAO directly according to the Arbitrum expansion plan. Under this plan, for chains that use the Arbitrum technology stack and settle on a parent chain that is not Arbitrum One or Nova, a 10% share of the chain profit is required: 8% goes to the ArbitrumDAO treasury and 2% to the protocol developer guild. In the past 24 hours, the DAO received $175,600; over 7 days and 30 days, it received $363,000 and $532,000, respectively.
