Havenex provides compliance-ready white-label digital asset infrastructure for banks and asset-management institutions, and is applying for an Austrian regulatory license. On the other hand, LayerZero has released ATLAS, a backend for a “headless exchange” that packages order matching, clearing, settlement, and risk control to sell to institutions, while it does not conduct any user-facing trading business itself.
