Evernorth, a company created with a treasury strategy focused on $XRP, has taken another step in the process to become a publicly traded company. After registering with the SEC, the next relevant step is the approval by the shareholders of Armada Acquisition Corp. II, with a vote scheduled for September 30. If the deal is completed, the expectation is that the company will be listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN.

📌 But what does that mean in practice?

Evernorth’s proposal goes beyond simply buying #XRP and leaving the asset sitting on the balance sheet—a model that became especially known among companies that accumulated Bitcoin. The company intends to use its capital also within the XRP infrastructure and ecosystem, seeking to increase over time the amount of XRP that corresponds economically to each share.

For the market, the key point is the creation of yet another bridge between traditional capital and XRP. A company that is publicly traded and structured specifically around the asset can increase its exposure to the institutional market and create a new way for investors to economically access the ecosystem through the stock market.

⚠️ This does not mean automatic appreciation of XRP. The impact will depend on the amount of capital raised, the portion effectively directed to buying and using XRP, and the execution of Evernorth’s strategy.

What changes is the structure: the more products and regulated companies connect XRP to the traditional financial market, the more likely it is to be present within the institutional radar.
