In August, TRON’s total transaction count exceeded 15 billion.
As of August 22 on TRONSCAN, it has grown to around 15.22 billion transactions.
Furthermore, the total number of accounts also surpassed 400 million.
However, what I want to focus on is not the “400 million accounts,” but the “15 billion transactions.”
Because:
When accounts increase = the number created
When transactions increase = the number of times the network is actually used
In the past 30 days, TRON’s daily active accounts have averaged about 4.64 million.
And if you look at the breakdown of total transactions:
✅ TRX transfers: about 39%
✅ USDT transfers: about 23%
✅ Energy-related: about 16%
A blockchain cannot be evaluated by “how many people registered” alone.
What matters is whether this cycle continues:
Creation
↓
Assets are deposited
↓
Transfers and payments happen
↓
It keeps getting used repeatedly
TRON’s strength isn’t just its number of accounts—every day, a huge volume of transactions accumulates, mainly driven by USDT transfers.
400 million accounts are the entry point.
15 billion transactions are the “history of how that entry point has actually been used out there.”
