Connecticut is suing Kalshi to block its sports event contracts, arguing that they are effectively sports betting and not protected from state gambling laws by federal regulation.  Connecticut Attorney General William Tong says Kalshi’s contracts covering things like game outcomes, point spreads and player statistics amount to unlicensed sports wagering under state law. Kalshi sees the situation very differently. The company argues that its event contracts are federally regulated financial products under the CFTC and that states should not be able to impose their own rules on federally regulated markets. That makes this bigger than just another lawsuit against Kalshi. #BTC Price Analysis# #Altcoin Season# $BTC $LINK
