This flag-shaped move of ETH—tonight we’re about to pick a direction.
From a big bullish candle near 1910 straight up to 2549, it’s now stuck up at the highs, grinding with shrinking volume.
The upper line is pressing down, and the lower line is propping it up—looking at it is just annoying. This kind of chart is the most nasty: either it gives a strong wave and rips upward, or it first washes both sides’ people out.
Right now it’s hovering around 2536. The key zone is 2550–2560. If it can rally with volume and hold, the short-term first push could reach 2620 and then 2700. Based on the pattern projections, it can even reach around 3100.
But if a bearish candle breaks down through 2480, don’t dream about it—first it would need to go back to 2450; if it gets weaker, then directly look at 2420.
Stoch has already turned upward from the bottom, and momentum is coming back—but without volume, chasing in is basically helping others carry the sedan. This kind of consolidation loves to stab with wicks. Both the dead-long and dead-short could get slapped in the face tonight.
The pattern is biased bullish, but tonight first see whether it dares to break above 2550. If it breaks, great. If it doesn’t, treat it as just range action—whatever you do, don’t chase in the middle of the mountain. Otherwise you’ll regret it.
