For Android, it’s the easiest—no need to change accounts the entire time.
▸ Get the package: On the very top of Binance’s official download page, it’s 「Android Download」. Under the button, it shows the current version number. Next to it there’s also a 【View version history】. You can also skip the page and use the official direct link:

▸ During installation, you’ll be blocked once: Android doesn’t allow installing packages freely by browsing with a browser or file manager. Different systems use different wording, but you need to enable the same permission—allow apps to be installed from this source. ▸ Only recognizes the domain: The download address bar must start with download.binance.com. Don’t touch packages from third-party software sites.
[iPhone: the two steps provided by the official]
Mainly because Taiwan/Hong Kong Apple IDs are needed; you can’t get them under Mainland China or the US region.
Binance’s official website has a page specifically titled (iPhone download Binance app guide). It says to set up an Apple ID from scratch:
Step 1: Register a new Apple ID
