🚨 BOLLINGER BANDS: DO THEY SIGNAL BEFORE THE NEXT MOVE?
I use them in $BTC to observe volatility and detect possible moves.
📉 When the bands tighten, volatility decreases and the price consolidates: it may be preparing for a move.
📈 When the bands widen, volatility increases and a strong move may begin, both upward and downward.
In 15M, 1H, 4H, or daily, the scenario can be different. That’s why I don’t use them to predict, but as another tool to read the market.
