ADA is currently around 0.228u. From the high at 0.2588, it has retraced nearly 12 points. This 7-day move gained 29 points, and now it’s clearly entered a digestion/consolidation phase. Conclusion for now: wait and see. At this level, the cost-effectiveness of chasing long or short is not good.

The issue isn’t the trend—the trend is still good. Price is above the long-term moving average, and within three days it climbed 22 points. MACD is still in a bullish structure. What really changed is leverage. Futures open interest dropped by nearly 4 points in a day. Using the “big holder” positioning metric, in 7 hours it shrank by 6 points. On-chain lending leverage is even more extreme: within 12 hours it fell by 98%. In plain terms, the fuel that powered this push higher is being paid back bit by bit.

This deleveraging is different from a trend turning bearish. OI is falling and big holders are reducing positions, but price hasn’t broken down—it looks more like the main players are realizing profits after the spike. On the spot side, net inflow over the last three hours is still 12 K-lines, and they’re all red—money hasn’t completely fled; it’s just that in the last 15 minutes, large orders have turned into net selling, while smaller orders are absorbing. The “smart money” is slowly taking profits.

Don’t get too carried away on the technicals either. RSI reached 74, which is in the overbought zone. ATR is at extreme volatility, and ADX is only 24— the trend hasn’t fully established. The spot order book’s bid side is thinner than the ask side. The 0.228 volume on the hourly rebound hasn’t expanded. In this kind of market, being wrong on either side can slap you in the face easily—one hourly candle can change the near-term direction.

So there’s only one key point now: whether the 0.219–0.222 range can be held. If it holds, wait for leverage to fully clear and for spot capital to continue—then the next leg may still be on the table. If it breaks, it means the deleveraging hasn’t finished, and the pullback may go deeper. I’m not in a hurry to act—I'll wait for the market to pick a direction first.
