The Thai Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has temporarily suspended the services of cryptocurrency exchange Zipmex. 🚫 Zipmex must correct its financial position and operational problems within 15 days.

The SEC required Zipmex to increase its net liquid capital and improve its business management structure. At the moment, the exchange has not complied with the requirements, and its actions are considered insufficient. Zipmex will be able to resume operations only after SEC approval.

During the suspension, Zipmex is required to provide customers with the ability to withdraw funds. ⏳ The exchange must submit the results of the corrections by February 17 for the SEC to make a decision on reopening.
