BTC and ETH spot ETFs saw total net inflows of about $2.617 billion this week. In all-category crypto ETFs, only one had a net outflow of spot funds
August 23, according to SosoValue data, the U.S. BTC spot ETF recorded a total net inflow of $1.92 billion this week, marking the 2nd week of cumulative net inflow since August;
Among them, BlackRock’s IBIT, Fidelity’s FBTC, and ARK 21Shares’ ARKB ranked as the top three in total net inflows for the week, with $1.33 billion, $293 million, and nearly $127 million respectively;
Next were Bitwise BITB, Grayscale’s BTC, and Morgan Stanley’s MSBT, which nevertheless recorded total net inflows of $87.34 million, $36.13 million, and $28.95 million this week, respectively;
Grayscale’s GBTC, Franklin EZBC, and Invesco BTCO recorded weekly total net inflows of $21.18 million, $5.92 million, and $3.61 million respectively;
Meanwhile, VanEck HODL recorded the only total net outflow in the week, at $16.15 million;
As of now, the total net asset value of BTC spot ETFs is $96.07 billion, representing 6.17% of Bitcoin’s total market cap. Cumulative total net inflows amount to $53.71 billion.
In the same week, U.S. Ethereum spot ETFs recorded nearly $697 million in cumulative total net inflows for the 2nd week since August;
Among them, BlackRock’s ETHA, Fidelity’s FETH, and BlackRock’s ETHB ranked as the top three in total net inflows this week, with nearly $537 million, $56.22 million, and $55.56 million respectively;
Next were Grayscale’s ETH, Bitwise ETHW, and Morgan Stanley’s MSSE, which recorded total net inflows of $30.29 million, $7.12 million, and $4.28 million respectively on a weekly basis;
Grayscale’s ETHE, VanEck ETHV, and Invesco QETH and Franklin EZET recorded weekly total net inflows of $3.23 million, $1.70 million, $1.14 million, and $0.79 million respectively;
As of now, the total net asset value of Ethereum spot ETFs is $14.229 billion, representing 4.85% of Ethereum’s total market cap. Cumulative total net inflows amount to $12.15 billion.
As for other spot ETFs, besides the BNB ETF which recorded a weekly total net outflow of nearly $260,000, the XRP, SOL, DOGE, LINK, HYPE, AVAX, and HBAR ETFs all recorded weekly total net inflows to varying degrees.
