In the slowest, coldest days of the bear market, most projects either told stories or waited for narratives to play out. And DeAgentAI chose to lay a solid infrastructure foundation—getting business lines that could run up and running first. Now the new official website is live. The team has clearly positioned itself at the protocol layer + the economic layer. The most visible external signals are the public release of the AI Agents platform and the launch of its first Agent—Sentry.
As an outsider, what I care about most is the real closed loop that has been proven to work behind this: value capture → real profitability → buyback & burn $AIA → deflation → value appreciation.
Step one: value capture
#DeAgentAI’s earliest accumulation is a foundation of trustworthy agent infrastructure. This self-developed framework begins to export model-calling capabilities to external projects, forming enterprise-grade solutions. This is a classic case of “technical capabilities spilling over”: others use your underlying capabilities, and you gain a stable source of income. At the same time, the ecosystem of its own products has truly taken shape. The AI Agents platform has officially opened—solving the question of whether agents can run 24/7 without fail. Even if an open-source framework becomes more mature, ordinary users still don’t want to manage servers themselves, restart processes, safeguard keys, or monitor invoices. The platform does three key things: one-click deployment, zero-key operation, and direct wallet payments. Users connect a wallet once, and the rest of the ops work is handled by the platform. The first product, Agent Sentry, is extremely restrained in its positioning: every day, it scans the entire Hyperliquid market once using rules the user sets themselves, only telling you which ones matched—and providing the full calculation. It doesn’t give buy/sell advice, doesn’t score, and doesn’t recommend. Judgment always stays with the user. The four adjustable strategies (fee-rate arbitrage, position value retention, abnormal movement with volume surge, and premium deviation) all perform filtering with zero Token consumption—fees are generated only when the user proactively asks. Even when the balance is zero, the filtering feature continues running—the platform would rather give up that revenue than let users feel like “the agent has failed.” This is the two engines of value capture:
One side is enterprise-grade income brought by technical spillover,
The other side is the usage fees continuously generated by its own Agents platform.
Step two: real profitability
In a bear market, being able to truly generate these two streams of income is already quite remarkable. Even more importantly, these incomes are real. The platform supports paying $AIA or USDT directly from your wallet—no registration, no KYC required. Sentry verified an important point: the platform’s capabilities can be completely separated from the specific agents. Identity, limits, orchestration, memory, and circuit breakers only need to be built once; all subsequent agents can reuse them directly. The cost of the first agent mainly goes into the platform itself, and the launch speed of later agents will be noticeably faster. Business scale can expand linearly, while marginal costs decline. When technical spillover and product usage fees continuously generate cash flow, the protocol truly gains the ability to “self-sustain its own blood.”
Step three & Step four: buyback and burn → deflation → value increase
Every unit of commercial value created by the protocol will be precisely returned to #AIA holders through a recurring deflationary buyback and burn mechanism. Business profits → buy back and burn $AIA → circulating supply decreases → a deflationary effect appears → token value gains support and increases. This is a closed loop that’s already been proven.
The stronger the value-capture side, the greater the力度 of buyback and burn; the more it’s burned, the more obvious the deflationary effect; the more obvious the deflation, the more willing holders are to hold long term, and the flywheel turns faster and faster. In a bear market, quietly strengthening the infrastructure and then truly connecting the economic layer—this kind of pacing is itself rare. While many people are still waiting for the next narrative breakout, DeAgentAI has already started the flywheel of “real business revenue creation → value returned to tokens.”
AI is the entry point, the product is the carrier, revenue is the fuel, buyback and burn is the transmission mechanism, and $AIA is the final link that captures the protocol’s economic value.
What’s truly worth watching is no longer how big a story DeAgentAI can tell.
What comes next is this: how fast and how long can this flywheel run—and can it keep getting stronger as it runs?
This may be the most market-anticipated part of DeAgentAI after it moves from the “intelligent layer” to the “economic layer.”
