Today’s recommendation $SCR
These kinds of “shanzhai” coins that haven’t really pumped yet can start being looked at.
Today I’m going to take a closer look at $SCR (Scroll).
Right now, the $SCR price is around $0.022. It’s up about 6% over the past 24 hours, but it’s still down more than 98% from its all-time high of $1.44.
Scroll itself is an Ethereum zkEVM Layer 2, and the project is still actively being updated. Just this June, it completed a new round of network upgrades. $SCR currently has a circulating supply of about 190 million coins, with a total supply of 1 billion.
Recently, BTC has been bringing market sentiment back. In that case, I’ll start looking for older projects that have dropped enough and haven’t seen a noticeable catch-up pump yet.
Of course, there’s also token unlock pressure coming for $SCR later on, so I wouldn’t go too heavy on a small coin like this.
But if the capital keeps spreading from $BTC into shanzhai coins next, I think $SCR —being at such a low level—could be worth watching for a catch-up rally opportunity.
