CoinVoice has learned the latest: According to crypto reporter Eleanor Terrett, sources said that before President Trump and crypto industry leaders spoke at the White House, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong, a16z’s Chris Dixon, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse, and Kraken co-founder Arjun Sethi, among other crypto executives, met with U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick. The discussion focused on the importance of passing the (Clarity Act) and its significance for U.S. jobs, economic growth, and attracting crypto businesses to return to the United States.

Attendees also discussed the remaining obstacles the bill faces for passage, including issues related to moral provisions, and how the White House could help pave the way toward bipartisan consensus.
