Good morning everyone~
I thought the broader market would continue its choppy sideways pattern, but last night it quickly rebounded and surged. This was not driven by a single piece of news, but rather the result of multiple factors working together.
First, the macro environment has seen positive changes. The U.S. Treasury expanded the scale of long-term Treasury bond repurchases, sending a signal to stabilize the bond market and ease yield-pressure. As Treasury yields fell and the dollar weakened, market expectations for improved liquidity strengthened, drawing capital toward assets such as gold and Bitcoin.
Second, the U.S. crypto policy environment has continued to send favorable signals. The Trump administration has repeatedly emphasized promoting development in the digital asset industry. Meanwhile, U.S. regulators are also working on building clearer rules for the crypto market. The market believes that the obstacles for institutions to enter the crypto market may be reduced further, which has boosted investor confidence.
At the same time, tensions in the Middle East have driven up risk-avoidance sentiment, keeping gold strong and also increasing market attention on inflation-hedging assets. After Bitcoin broke through a key resistance level, the futures market saw large-scale liquidation of shorts. According to data, in the past 24 hours the total amount liquidated across the entire network was close to $3 billion, with short liquidations accounting for the vast majority. A large number of bearish positions were forced to close, further pushing prices higher.
Overall, this round of market action is driven by a combination of “improved macro expectations + favorable policy signals + changes in capital structure.” The short liquidations only accelerated the rally; they are not the fundamental reason the market rose.
Therefore, the overall BTC trend looks bullish. For futures, it may be suitable to go long on dips. Although BTC has already turned and even touched around 70,000, whether it can hold near 70,000 and keep rebounding is the key focus in the near term. Personally, I think it will see another leg of rebound. For near-term pressure on the broader market, look around 72,000; for support, around 68,000. For ETH, near-term resistance is around 2,370 and support is around 2,200. For SOL, near-term resistance is around 88 and support is around 82.
Today’s intraday futures strategy:
BTC: Go long on dips, or buy around 68,000. Take partial profits at 70,000 and 72,000.
ETH: Go long on dips, or buy around 2,200. Take partial profits at 2,300 and 2,350.
SOL: Go long on dips, or buy around 83. Take partial profits at 86 and 88.
