According to reports, President Trump will preside over a high-level cryptocurrency summit at the White House, with SEC Chair Paul Atkins and CFTC Chair Michael Selig, as well as executives from Ripple, Coinbase, Kraken, and Chainlink, expected to attend the summit.

At the White House crypto meeting, President Trump said that the United States has discussed plans to accumulate large amounts of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

He also said that after today’s meeting, the U.S. will ensure it remains at the forefront in the fields of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, as well as in technologies such as prediction markets and artificial intelligence.

Meanwhile, the timing of the Senate’s vote on the “CLEAR Act” is basically set, and efforts will be made to push through the vote.

At the same time, total U.S. federal government debt has surpassed $40 trillion. According to data from the U.S. Treasury, debt increased by $3 trillion over the past year, the fastest growth rate in history. Mark Godwin, senior policy director for the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, said this is a clear signal that things have gotten out of control.

Trump again urged the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates as soon as possible, saying the interest cost borne by the U.S. is too high. He said that for every 1 percentage point reduction in rates, it is equivalent to reducing costs by about $600 billion, and criticized the current interest-rate system as “unfair.” Trump said the Fed chair has performed well, but has been affected by the “politicization of the Fed’s board.”

As the event’s impact drove BTC to surge violently to $70,000, Ethereum rose by more than twenty points, reaching $2,333.

According to data, in the past 24 hours, 174,764 traders were liquidated, with a total liquidation amount of $2.98 billion. Of that, Hyperliquid’s most recent BTC-USD position liquidation was $48.8 million, making it the largest single liquidation. The scale of this liquidation has exceeded the roughly $2.23 billion single-day liquidations during the February 2025 “tariff shock,” ranking as the eighth-largest liquidation event in cryptocurrency history.

Is this significant surge the start of a bull market, or is it luring people in using good news?
We can only wait and see!!!
