I recently tried the Dusk bridge myself instead of just reading the guide, and it gave me a better understanding of how the process works.

DuskEVM is an EVM execution environment connected to the Dusk L1, and the current bridge guide is for DuskEVM Testnet.

What I found interesting was learning about Duskโ€™s two native transaction models:

Moonlight, which is public and account-based, and Phoenix, which is shielded and UTXO-based.

Before trying the bridge, I expected a simple connect, confirm, and transfer experience.

The bridge itself is straightforward, but understanding the difference between Moonlight and Phoenix helped me better understand.

How DUSK can be handled on Dusk. My main takeaway is simple:

The technology can feel seamless, but clear explanations are just as important for a smooth user experience.
