In this crypto world, it’s really not a cash machine. Calling it a “test for turning knowledge into money” is more accurate.

Many people think spot trading is slow, grinding, and not worth it. But here’s the blunt truth: for most ordinary players like us, spot trading is precisely the only way that can reliably keep you at the table. So why is it that even when you choose the safest path, some people still end up losing? In plain terms, there are three things they didn’t figure out:

First, they lack vision. They can’t read the market’s direction, can’t tell whether it’s a rebound or a reversal. When to decisively jump in, when to cut losses and lock in profits—there’s no clear plan in mind. They rely entirely on instinct.

Second, they’re always late to react. They’re always half a beat behind others. When the market is suddenly hot, they rush in—only to become the perfect bag holder. When the market is in panic and everyone is cutting and fleeing, they sell right on the floor. The rhythm is always backwards—who else would lose if not them?

Third, they’re too “eager.” They can’t help chasing every fluctuation—buy today and sell tomorrow. After running around like this, they end up not capturing the trend, but they’ve racked up a huge amount in fees. Then the principal gets ground down little by little until it’s gone.

When you trade spot, what you profit from is the gap in cognition and the money built through time. Slow—by itself—is a moat. After going through a full cycle of bull and bear, you’ll realize the people who end up laughing last aren’t necessarily the smartest. They’re the ones with the most patience and who respect market rules the most.

Only those who’ve blown up a position truly understand fear and respect. I’m not some kind of big-shot either—I crawled out of the pit. In the crypto world, the tuition you have to pay, not a single cent less, and the detours you have to take, not a step bypassed. Shortcuts are usually the biggest traps.
