The Binance-supported AI-assisted PnL bStock trading contest has been launched on Binance Wallet with support from BNB Chain Agent Studio and CoinMarketCap (CMC). It invites users to trade bStocks (tokenized stocks) through Binance Agentic Wallet with AI-supported market analysis. Use in-depth market intelligence provided by AI from CMC and Agent Studio, compete based on realized profits and losses, and unlock an increasing prize fund as the participating users' combined AUM in bStocks that have been registered (total value of bStocks held in the participant’s Agentic Wallet) reaches milestones to win total rewards of up to 100,000 USDC.

Registration and Competition Time: 2026-08-17 09:00:00 (UTC) to 2026-09-01 00:00:00 (UTC)

During the Competition Time, only realized profit/loss generated from eligible bStocks pairs traded via your registered Binance Agentic Wallet will count toward the leaderboard and reward allocation. Realized profit/loss is calculated using the FIFO method (first in, first out) and includes only gains/losses on positions that were sold before the Competition Time ends—positions not sold (unrealized PnL) will not be counted. Trades executed via other channels (including Binance Alpha and third-party dApp) will not be counted.

How realized profit/loss is calculated: For each closed position (sold), matched on a FIFO basis:

Realized profit/loss (per trade) = (Sell Price - Buy Price) * Quantity Sold

Your total realized profit/loss for the campaign is the total realized profit/loss across all of your closed positions on eligible bStock pairs, executed via your registered Agentic Wallet during the Competition Time. Any positions you have not sold before the Competition Time ends will be excluded from this calculation.

How to participate and trade:

1. You need a Binance Agentic Wallet to participate. If you haven’t created one, follow the instructions on the campaign page to create it.

2. Register by clicking the [Join Now] button on the campaign page during the Registration Time using your Binance Agentic Wallet. Only trades of bStocks and PnL generated after registration will be counted toward the campaign.

3. Do you have questions about the campaign? We provide specialized campaign documentation and skills. Just ask your AI Agent to read and install the Agentic Wallet Skill, then have the Agent guide you through the required steps.

4. Complete the mandatory AI tasks. You must use two services: CMC to retrieve comprehensive market data and BNB Chain Agent Studio · Stock Analyze Agent to generate a complete investment report for any stock ticker you provide. These tasks are required to qualify. See AI Task instructions for exact requirements and guidance.

5. Trade bStocks pairs (token with a champion icon in the token list) through your Agentic Wallet based on your strategy. You can also view the eligible token documentation for token details.

6. Ranking is based only on realized profit and loss. To be included in the final ranking calculation, positions must be closed before the Competition Time ends; unrealized PnL from open positions will not be counted.

7. Track your progress at any time on the campaign page, including the status of AI task completion, eligibility status, and your ranking on the leaderboard.

Tasks to be eligible for rewards

To be eligible for reward allocations, participants must meet all of the following requirements during the Competition Time:

• Read the campaign documentation or ask the Agent to read for you. Details about the CMC/BNB Chain b402 call tasks are also included in the documentation.

• Set up your campaign skill so your Agent can understand the rules and help you complete the required steps.

Please note:

• All requirements above must be met. If a participant meets only part of the requirements, they will not be eligible for rewards.

• All participants will be ranked on the leaderboard regardless of whether their realized profit/loss is positive or negative; however, only participants with realized profit/loss greater than 0 are eligible for rewards.

• The leaderboard is updated periodically throughout the campaign. Realized PnL is refreshed daily, while snapshots of holding balances are updated hourly. Eligibility status, including task completion status, is updated almost in real time, though small delays may occur. Users may appear on the leaderboard based on realized PnL performance; however, if they do not complete all required eligibility tasks or do not meet other reward requirements, they may be removed from the eligible leaderboard during an hourly refresh. Final ranking and reward eligibility will be determined after the post-campaign review.

Reward structure:

During the Competition Time, we track combined bStocks AUM (total value of bStocks held in the participant’s Agentic Wallet) across eligible trading pairs. This is not the AUM of the entire bStock market; it is only the total value held by users who registered for this campaign. When a participant’s AUM reaches each milestone, a larger reward pool is permanently unlocked. The higher the participant’s combined bStock AUM that they have registered, the larger the prize pool for the winner:

When the Competition Time ends, the top 100 eligible participants will be ranked by realized profit/loss from high to low, and will receive rewards based on their final ranking.

Program rules:

• Participants must use a Binance Agentic Wallet to register and conduct trades on-chain. Trades executed via a third-party DApp, Binance Alpha, or a non-Agentic wallet will not be counted. After you confirm the wallet registration, you cannot change it during the Competition Time.

• Only realized profit/loss generated after successful registration on eligible trading pairs (bStocks tokens with a champion icon in the token list) will be counted toward the campaign. Realized profit/loss = realized profit/loss on sold positions, calculated according to the FIFO (first in, first out) principle; positions not sold by the end of the Competition Time will not create realized profit/loss and will not be counted.

• Eligible Token & Trading Pairs: All bStocks tokens on BNB Smart Chain are eligible for this campaign. To be eligible for the leaderboard, trading must be executed via an eligible trading pair between a bStocks token and one of the following assets on BNB Smart Chain: USDT, USDC, USD1, U, BNB, or WBNB. Trades executed via other token pairs, including swapping bStocks for bStocks or swapping using any unapproved token as the counter-asset, will not count toward the leaderboard. Cross-chain trades are also not eligible.

• To be eligible for the leaderboard and reward distribution, participants must meet all the eligibility requirements listed above before the Competition Time ends. Participants who do not meet any requirement, including having negative realized profit/loss, will not be ranked or receive rewards.

• The leaderboard is updated periodically throughout the campaign. Realized profit/loss is refreshed daily, while holding balance snapshots are updated hourly. Eligibility status, including task completion status, is updated almost in real time, though small delays may occur. Users may appear on the leaderboard based on realized profit/loss performance; however, if they do not complete all required eligibility tasks or do not meet other reward requirements, they may be removed from the eligible leaderboard during an hourly refresh. Final ranking and reward eligibility will be determined after the post-campaign review.

• Each time you use the stock analyst via BNB Agent Studio, a usage fee will be incurred—about $0.1 USD per use). In addition, each time you call CoinMarketCap market data via b402, a fee of $0.01 USD will be charged.

• Rewards will be calculated after the Competition Time ends and distributed in USDC within 14 business days after the internal review period to the registered Agentic Wallet of qualifying winners. If fewer than 100 eligible participants exist, only eligible participants will receive rewards and any undistributed rewards will not be reallocated.

• After the competition ends, the campaign results enter a 3-day public review phase. During this phase, participants may contact Binance’s official Customer Support if they have any questions or concerns about the results. After the public review phase ends, the results enter a 3-day internal review phase. Once the internal review is complete, rewards will be distributed based on the final results.

• All trading activity and realized profit/loss, AI task completion, and reward calculations follow Binance Wallet’s records and final determinations.

• Binance Wallet reserves the right to exclude trades or PnL that it deems to be generated from wash trading, unauthorized bulk account registration, self-trading, activity between wallets controlled by the same entity, or other market manipulation behaviors, etc.
