1️⃣ Don’t trust screenshots: Log in to your banking app yourself to check your balance.
2️⃣ Trade under the verified account: The sender/recipient name must match the name KYC-verified on the platform.
3️⃣ No off-platform chatting: Refuse any trading requests made via other messaging apps.
4️⃣ Stay calm: If the counterparty shows signs of scam or intentionally presses “Paid” before transferring money, click Dispute (Appeal) and wait for the support team to resolve it—do not cancel the order on your own.
