HOW TO HANDLE P2P TRANSACTION DISPUTES
If you’ve transferred money but the seller refuses to release the coins (or the other party doesn’t respond in the Chat window), handle it calmly according to the instructions:
1. Do NOT click Cancel: If the money transfer was successful, under no circumstances should you press the Cancel button.
2. Send a direct message in the P2P Chat window to remind your counterparty.
3. Click “Appeal” when the waiting time runs out: Upload the transfer receipt clearly showing the transaction ID, time, and account name. Binance CS support will step in as the mediator and protect your legitimate rights.
