🚀 Primary Market Fundraising

1. Amplifica Holdings Group completed a $26 million Series B round, led by Tasso Partners, with participation from Eli Lilly and others, to advance an injection-therapy pipeline aimed at reactivating dormant hair follicles.

2. New Zealand AI startup Sterling raised NZ$3.8 million (about $2.2 million), led by Blackbird, to expand an AI automation platform for finance teams.

3. Cybersecurity startup Corma completed a $60 million seed round, led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from Khosla Ventures and Coatue, to build defensive cybersecurity AI foundation models.

4. U.S. long-duration energy storage company Form Energy raised $750 million in a Series G round, led by T. Rowe Price, with participation from Sequoia Capital and others, to accelerate the manufacturing of iron-air battery systems.

5. Australian AI startup Sophiie AI raised $5 million, invested by Gandel Invest, to expand its AI platform for trades services into global markets.

6. BlueDot Touch, a six-dimensional force-sensing sensor company, completed multi-hundred-million RMB (several-hundred-million RMB) Series D financing, led by GAC Capital, with follow-on participation from Deyye Shares and Xichen Capital, for next-generation robot force sensor R&D, capacity expansion, and global rollout.

7. WeiLing Healthcare completed funding of over 100 million RMB, led by Junzhong Capital, to advance clinical verification of key implantable brain-computer interface products and regulatory filings for medical device registration.

8. MiFeng Technology, an all-in-one physical AI data services platform, completed a new round of funding in the tens/hundreds of millions RMB, led by China Telecom, with Zhangjiang Group as a participant; with additional contributions from long-standing shareholders such as Sequoia China, to build a embodied intelligence data platform and expand MEgo product mass production.

9. PandaAI, an AI trading infrastructure company, completed three consecutive rounds of financing, totaling tens of millions RMB. The angel and angel+ rounds were led by the L2F Light Source Entrepreneur Fund, to develop AI trading large-model and multi-agent collaboration infrastructure.

10. Lingchuang Med Valley completed over RMB 200 million in a B+ round and B++ round financing, invested by funds under Saiying Capital, Chuangjing Capital, and CICC Capital, to advance regulatory registration and commercialization for an implantable wireless spinal cord stimulation system.

11. Dajia Pharmaceuticals completed a seed round of several tens of millions RMB, led by Li博士 大健康, with participation from Nanshan Zhanxin and others, to accelerate TCR protein drug R&D and AI-TCR iteration.

12. Weiheng Intelligent completed a pre-IPO round of several hundred million RMB, with strategic investment from a fund under China Machinery Industry Group, to support core technology R&D, deepening AI capabilities, and expanding global markets.

13. Higgsfield, an AI video generation platform, raised a $400 million Series B round with a valuation of $5.4 billion. DST Global led the round, with participation from Goldman Sachs, Intel, and others, to scale up operations and expand market promotion.

14. Digital China Xia completed a RMB 100 million-level strategic round, jointly invested by multiple industrial capitals, with follow-on participation from longtime shareholder Tongchuang Weiye, to support mass production of its biogenic intelligence product series and build the RoboEase “scene brain” ecosystem.

15. Hangzhou Fujia Gallium Industry completed a new round of financing exceeding RMB 100 million, jointly invested by national-level capital and market-oriented institutions, for R&D and large-scale mass production of large-size gallium oxide single crystals and epitaxial wafers.

16. Suzhou YuanYong Technology completed a Pre-A round of tens of millions RMB, led by Yida Capital, with follow-on investment from Jinyu Maowu and others, to bring its first 3D stacked edge-side inference chip to mass production.
