🇻🇳 At Conviction 2026, Ms. Nguyễn Minh Hương, CEO of SCEX, shared the strategy to serve four main customer groups as the Vietnam crypto-asset market enters the real operational phase:
1. Individuals and businesses that own real assets with value such as real estate, revenue-generating contracts, or intellectual property assets, and who wish to tokenize and list them on a domestic exchange.
2. Vietnamese enterprises that have issued tokens and listed them on international exchanges, now wanting to move them to trading on exchanges in the country.
3. Individual investors seeking opportunities to access tokens linked to real assets (RWA) and who want clearer listing standards.
4. Contributors, KOLs/KOCs in the digital assets community who want to join the market from its early stage.
Regarding infrastructure, SCEX said that the system from asset verification, custody, order matching to clearing and settlement has been operated and is in the process of testing and inspection; it only awaits licensing to officially provide services.
