After a whole night, the big pie finally showed some “reaction.” No matter which direction it goes, it’s better than going sideways. Within the 1-hour timeframe, it has temporarily returned to the long side, but it still lacks one “test” (a pullback around 633 to confirm the breakout is valid). If it doesn’t pull back, then it needs to break above 635 with volume (for example, pushing directly into the 63850–64150 area) to confirm the breakout is valid; otherwise it remains relatively weak.
For intraday trading: you can try a short position with a small size. Enter around 63550, use a two-stage stop loss: stop 50% above 63850, and fully stop above 64150. Or just be patient and wait for a pullback before going long… Either way is fine for intraday—don’t be greedy, and it’ll be fine…
Crypto has already turned into “old-man” assets. It seems younger people are more into the thrill of the US stock market (okay, actually the ones that move up and down are basically the same few storage-related stocks). Now there are even more people trapped short on Sandisk… everywhere on the forum you can see people trapped short on Sandisk. The only hope now is that Sandisk pulls back to around 1500—let some people get out first. Otherwise it’s really too brutal. During the down move, it liquidated a bunch of crypto players; when it pumps, it liquidates another bunch of crypto players. So in the end, it’s just crypto players getting cleared over and over 😂····
