In P2P Binance, the golden rule is:

Only chat in the app.

Never switch to Zalo, Telegram, Messenger…

The seller will only release the coins after they see the money has arrived in their account, and you click “I’ve paid”.

They often lure you to Zalo for two common reasons:

They want to chat outside the platform system so it’s easier to deny later or ask for more money.

They are preparing a scam script (sending fake screenshots, asking for an OTP code, telling you to cancel the order and then transfer again…).

If you’ve already willingly sent proof of the transaction but they still don’t release the coins:

Don’t keep chatting outside the app.

Wait until the system allows you to open a dispute (Appeal).

Upload all evidence (transfer screenshots + chat in the app).

Don’t ignore the exchange’s protection procedures just because you’re “being accommodating”. Let the system handle it—usually the buyer who follows the correct process will win the dispute.

Stay firm—don’t go to Zalo. $BTW
